Provides Baltimore residents with 24/7, immediate crisis services for adults, children and adolescents experiencing a psychiatric crisis, in need of detoxification for chemical addictions, and who are dually diagnosed. Trained counselors provide information and referral to the network of human services in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Counselors also provide supportive counseling, dispatch emergency assistance and link callers with more intensive services.
